“Is the Network the Risk?” presentation by Mohan Sodhi, all UC alumni welcome. Venue - Warner Bros London office, 98 Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8WB. Time 6.30 - 8.30pm.

A networked world is good for efficiency in terms of flows of cash, information and materials in a globalised trading environment.   But have we considered the risks? What is risk and how do we measure it? How do we trade off risk and efficiency?

Join us for an engaging evening of discussion with fellow UC alumni. Enjoy an opportunity to renew acquaintances and socialise California style in the surrounds of Warner Bros’s London headquarters. We are grateful to Warner Bros. for making this evening possible.

Mohan Sodhi is a UCLA Anderson alumnus and Professor of Operations Management at the Cass Business School, London. He has consulted at Accenture, Scient, and Sabre; and taught at both the University of Michigan Business School and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. A recent article by him appeared in the Financial Times. Click here for article.

Cost £10 pre-pay or £15 at the door. Students £5 pre-pay or £7.50 at the door. Open to all UC alumni and friends. RSVP.
